- This project consists of replacement of an interpretive sign near the beach access area of South Ponto State Beach. The previous sign deteriorated. Two post holes will be dug (approx.8" wide 24" deep). The 4"X4" plastic posts will be placed in hole and back filled with concrete. DPR-approved standard project requirements have been incorporated into this project. A copy of these requirements may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below

- No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated in compliance with Section 15300.2. A resource ecologist will ensure avoidance of significant impacts to natural resources. An archaeologist will ensure avoidance of significant impacts to cultural resources. New structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced (class 2)
