Acquisition of about 259.68 acres of forest property adjacent to Donner Memorial State Park. The proposed action ill transfer land ownership to the California Department of Parks and Recreation and will be an addition to Donner Memorial State Park. The project consists of transfers of ownership in interests in land in order to preserve forest land, open space, habitat, and wilderness resources. The acquisition adds beneficial property to the Donner Memorial State Park.
