The Contract will develop whole-building retrofit solutions for Multi-Tenant Light Commercial (MTLC) buildings to increase energy efficiency, reduce peak electricity demand and decrease greenhouse gas emissions. Specific objectives include:
* Address multiple areas: Building envelope, lighting/cooling technologies/controls, whole-building system integration;
*Integrate projects that maximum the value of RD&D by combing technology and market evaluation with demonstration and deployment.
