Document Description
The CA Dept. FW is executing Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0025-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Contra Costa County Public Works Department. The project is limited to safety improvemetn along a 2,900 ft. section of Marsh Creek Road, which include extension of two existing culverts (approx. 60 ft. in combined total length) to allow widening of the travel lanes. The existing culverts are 12" CMP and 24" HDPE. These will be replaced with a 18" HDPE pipe and a longer 24" HDPE pipe. Rock slope protection (RSP) will be installed at the outlet of both pipes, and roadside swales and ditches parallenling the road will be regraded to accommodate roadway drainage for the wider cross-section.
