- A Minor Subdivision to divide an ~ 2.84 acre parcel into two parcels 1.42 acres each. The 2.84 acres consists of two Assessor Parcel numbers due to an illegal conveyance in 1972. The subdivision will remedy the illegal parcel creation. Proposed Parcel 2 is currently developed with a manufactured home, on-site sewage disposal system and a shed. Both resultant parcels will be served with on-site sewage disposal systems and community water.
