The Project is the implementation of the Cooley Landing Vision Plan for land located in eastern East Palo Alto and Menlo Park. The project will provide low-impact recreational uses such as walking, bycycling, picnicking, bird watching, water acess, nature study,and other low-intensity reacreational uses tht could include fishing, kayaking, caneing. The project will also provide an airboat launch location for the Menlo Park Fire Protection District.
