- The proposed project is the implementation of the Cooley Landing Vision Plan for land located in eastern East Palo Alto and Menlo Park. The proposed project will provide low-impact recreational uses such as walking, bicycling, picnicking, bird watching, water access, nature study, and other low-intensity recreational uses that could include fishing, kayaking and canoeing. The project will also provide an airboat launch location for the Menlo Park Fire Protection District.
