Project entitlements include a Tentative Map to subdivide five parcels totaling approximately 6.9 net acres into 49 parcels and two landscape lots, a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Guidelines Amendment to allow small lot single-family residences within the Laguna Meadows Planned Unit Development, a PUD Schematic Plan Amendment and a Special Permit for alternative housing.
