Caltrans proposes to make storm damage repairs to MEN-1 (PM 70.2/70.8) near Westport in Mendocino County. The scope of work consists of realigning the roadway, constructing a 700 ft. long Soldier Pile Tieback (SPTB) wall with a modified ST10 barrier with a bicycle rail, replacing the metal beam guardrail (MBGR), replacing the culvert at PM 70.65, relocating overhead utilities and rebuilding the structural section.
