Document Description
The application proposes to develop a new office/site science campus, consisting of two 5-story buildings, one 7-story buildings and one 8-story buildings totaling 730,000 square feet, a two-story amenities building, a 5.5 level parking structure, realignment of Airport Boulevard, and Bay Trail improvements and connections on 18.13 acres. Applications include amendments to the Bay front Specific Plan to increase the allowable floor area ration (FAR) from 0.6 FAR to 1.0 FAR, rezoning of a small portion of the site from APS to APN, amendments to APN zoning district regulations and sign code, vesting tentative parcel map, development agreement, conditional use permit for day care use and commercial design review. The changes to the Bay front Specific Plan and the Anza North Point zoning district regulations would apply to the entirety of the APN subarea and zoning district, which includes the 300 Airport boulevard site and an adjacent undeveloped 8.58 acre area, the 350 Airport boulevard site. The State Lands Commission action is a 49 year General Lease--Recreational and Protective Structure Use through 2062 for the reconstruction of a portion of the existing airport road to be part of the San Francisco Bay Trail, construction of a private driveway to Fisherman's Park including public and commercial parking, and future alignment of Airport road.
