The Project also includes a two-story, 37,000-sf amenities building (included in the 767,000 sf total) that would house a childcare and exercise facility (33,400 sf), a food service area (2,400 sf), and retail spaces (1,200 sf). Proposed development of site and 350 Airport Boulevard site would require amendments to the Bayfront Specific Plan.
