Document Description
The project site is located to the north of US 101, immediately adjacent to San Francisco Bay to the north and east and Sanchez Channel to the west. The proposed project consists of two components: (1) building development and amendments to the Bayfront Specific Plan and zoning at the 300 Airport Boulevard Site and (2) amendments to the Specific Plan and zoning at the 350 Airport Blvd. Site. The development and amendments at the 300 Airport Blvd. Site will be analyzed in the EIR at a project-level while the proposed amendments at the 350 Airport Blvd. Site will be analyzed at a programmatic-level. The proposed project would include the development of an office/life science campus (730,000 sf), an amenities building (37,000 sf), parking, realignment of Airport Blvd., Bay Trail restoration and connection, and zoning and Specific Plan amendments.
