The project will consist of Parshall flume upgrade, replacement of the existing headwork's, expanding the return activated sludge pump station, new mixed liquor and secondary effluent flow splitters, two new 80-foot diameter secondary clarifiers, two additional traveling bridge filtration units, conversion of one exiting emergency retention basin to a lined digested-solids storage basin, cleaning and lining another emergency retention basin and a new secondary effluent return pump station.
