CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0147-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Marin County Department of Public Works. The project is limited to routine maintenance activities within the western portion of Marin County. In summary, these activities include sediment removal, debris removal, and vegetation management activities. These activities will be conducted near culverts, bridges, outfalls, streams, and channels in the western portion of Marin County under Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Bear Valley Road, Fairfax-Bolinas Road, and Olema-Bolinas Road.
