Document Description
Excavation of wetlands and waters of the US and State to remove sediment. Operating from a road or top of bank, an excavator would remove accumulated sediment from channels and drainage ditches. A small dozer would be placed in some channels. Project sites are on Sir Frances Drake Blvd, Bear Valley Road, Fairfax-Bolinas Road, and Olema-Bolinas Road near the towns of Inverness, Point Reyes Station, and Bolinas. The CA DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0180-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, County of Marin Department of Public Works.
