The proposed project consists of a total of ~ 90 acres. The site is currently vacant, and has a General Plan land use designation of Low Density Residential. The property will be comprised of three projects, including a 30 acre retail commercial center on the northern boundary of the site; a 30 acre City park and water tank in the center of the site; and a 30 acre multi-family residential project of 380 units on the southern half of the site.
