Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of a new Walmart (200,00 sf), along with the conceptual development of five retail development pads (55,250 sf), on a total of approximately 28 acres that is partially developed with a current Walmart store and parking lot and partially undeveloped. The new Walmart will be open 24 hours, seven days a week. The project will include 1,253 parking spaces.
