The site contains an existing single-family residence on proposed Parcel 1 that would be retained. Each parcel will gain access from existing from existing private road easements connecting to Caminito Quieto Road, which in turn connects to West Lilac Road. Secondary access may be gained from a private road easement going east from the east boundary of Parcel 1 to Aquaduct Road. Improvements to the road easement connecting to Aquaduct Road would be conducted prior to recordation of the map.
