The proposed Old River One solar facility would be a 20-megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation facility located on ~ 188 acres, while the Old River Two facility is a proposed 5 MW facility located on ~ 33 acres in the northwestern portion of APN 184-490-05. However, a Lot Line Adjustment (LLA 65-10) will be completed as a part of this project to reconfigure two parcels to conform to the boundaries of the individual solar facilities.
