Document Description
The proposed project includes removal of the two existing structures on the parcel and the development of a 43-unit apartment complex on an existing 1.53-acre parcel located at 313 South Street in the City of San Luis Obispo. The project would require a General Plan Amendment to amend the General Plan Land Use Map from Services and Manufacturing to High Density Residential. The project would also require a Rezoning to amend the Zoning Map from M, Manufacturing, to R-4, High Density Residential. The residential element of the project would include a 4 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units and 15 three-bedroom units. The apartment complex would provide 62 surface parking spaces and 6 motorcycle spaces.
