The proposed project consists of the adaptive re-use of Building 1 and the construction of a new building and parking structure to create the Firestone Education Center (FEC). Building 2 on the project site would not be utilized for college uses and would continue to be used by LAUSD in its current condition. Buildings 3 and 4 would be demolished to accommodate the new building and parking structure.
