Document Description
The proposed project includes the approval of a conditional use permit (CUP) to allow for the construction and operation of a 110 megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic (PV) electrical generating facility and associated infrastructure with related site access and on-site connection to the electricity transmission grid. The proposed project includes a series of individual PV panels mounted to sunlight tracking assemblies with small motors, support beams, inverters, transformers, buried electrical cables, circuit breakers, switchyards, overhead collector lines (with associated poles), a substation, and overhead lines from the substation to the PG&E interconnection point on site (with associated poles). The proposed project would include a 10,000sf operations and maintenance building. All project construction activities are anticipated to be completed in one phase of approximately 18 months duration.
