CDFW is intending to execute a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2008-0093-R5) to the project applicant, Woodbridge Farms Estates, as represented by Joe Colina. The project subject to the Agreement is the Desert Rose Subdivision Project which will alter an on-site drainage by removing ~0.67 acre of exotic vegetation.
