Document Description
Approval of Plans and Specific Plan Project Permit Compliance Review to permit the construction, use and maintenance of above-ground pipe trusses, totaling approximately 996-feet in length and having a maximum height of approximately 24-feet, in conjunction with the natural gas processing portion of the existing Playa Del Rey Natural Gas Storage Facility, on an approximately 44.5-acre in the OS(PV), A2(PV) and R1-1 Zones. The truss would carry a brine water injection pump line, dehydration plant glycol fire, fire water supply line, fixed foam supply line, and an electrical system distribution tray. Additional, unidentified pipelines may be added in the future. No new relocated and natural gas pipelines are proposed.
