The proposed Southwestern College Modernization Project is compromised of: The Corner Lot that will house the existing college admin and student support services consistent with the Land Development Committee Final Report; The Field house to house existing facilities for the College sports programs and the stadium/practice fields will be replaced with artificial turf: and the Central Plant which is a system for heating/cooling, and includes the installation of mainlines within the campus road.
