FYI Final The project consists of the demolition of the existing 59,561 s.f. of single-story buildings and surface parking lot and construction of proposed retail shopping center of 194,749 sf, including an approximately 163,862 sf Target store along with 30,887 sf of ground floor retail and restaurant uses fronting Sunset Boulevard and Western Avenue. The building would be 74'4" in height (architectural features projecting to 84'4"). Parking would be provided within the building with a total of 458 spaces provided.
