The project is a Major Use Permit to authorize the construction, operation, and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility. The project consists of a new 35-foot tall mono-broadleaf tree that would be mounted with twelve panel antennas. Associated equipment would include six outdoor equipment cabinets and would be surrounded by an eight-foot tall concrete block wall. Also, the proposed underground utility trench would be placed within the dirt area near the existing wireless telecommunication facility.
