PMPA certified by the California Coastal Commission on 10/10/13. Addendum to FEIR analyzed Project revision since 9/19/12. Revisions include, but not limited to: reduce size of Phase III Exp. by ~20,700sf, add public plaza, public access to existing pier, remove landscape mounds, direct ped access from existing ped bridge, enhanced ped experience along bayfront promenade and Park Blvd, Improvements to Public Access Program, participation in lower cost visitor accommodations, enhanced public access to rooftop park.
