Proposed Phase III Expansion to San Diego Convention Center includes: add approx. 220,150 sf exhibit hall space, 101,500 sf meeting room space, 78,470 sf ballroom space, and 42,500 sf visitor-serving retail space and a 5 acre rooftop park/plaza. Also, realign roadway and relocate Water Transportation Center. Proposed Expansion Hotel includes the addition of up to 500 guest rooms, a fitness/spa facility, up to 2,500 sf retail space, and approx. 55,000 net sf total meeting space.
