- The proposed project consists of delivering undisinfected secondary treated effluent for the purpose of flood irrigation approximately 133 acres of fodder (alfalfa) crop. The effluent will be delivered to the Hoffman and Wagenleitner Properties (Users) directly from the City of Kerman Wastewater Treatment Plan (WWTP) via City owned pumping facilities. City owned irrigation pipelines and other City owned irrigation facilities.
