- APNs for (Post Office and Store). The Pit River Tribe acquired the parcel for economic development purposes and is the sole owner of the parcel. A portion of the subject property will continue to be used for purposes of operating as Montgomery Creek Postal Service in one part of the building. The Pit River Tribe plans to develop a tribally owned and tribally operated store in the other part of the building, which was previously used as a grocery store and a small shop, many necessary features are already present. A tribally-owned and operated store could provide tribal members with both employment opportunities and the option of supporting a tribal business, thus helping to improve tribal members' economic situations. Contains 0.33 acres, more or less.
