Request by Bartleson Family Trust and AT&T Mobility for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction and operation of an unmanned wireless communications facility consisting of the installation of nine (9) panel antennas mounted at a maximum height of 65 feet above grade and one (1) two-foot diameter microwave antenna mounted at a height of 16 feet above grade on a proposed 70-foot tall faux eucalyptus tree, as well as four (4) prefabricated equipment cabinets within a proposed 430-sf equipment shelter and associated utility trenching. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 2,500sf on a 337 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category.
