- The project is a 0.85 mile long beautification project that includes: curbs, gutters, sidewalks, medians, landscaping, undergrounding utilities, replacement of water lines and sewer lines; and modification of the signal at the Freedome Park Drive and Watt Avenue intersection. The project will benefit the users of Freedome Park Drive by improving traffic safety, beautification of the project area and improving access and mobility for pedestrians and bicyclists.
