It can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that this revision to Tentative Tract Map 32647, including modification of conditions, will have significant effect on the environment. Further, all prior environmental impacts were thoroughly analyzed under Planning Case P05-0325 whereas a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by the Planning Commission of April 20, 2006 in conjunction with the approval of Tentative Tract Map 32647.
