Document Description
Re-route the Jim Donnelly Trail at Henry W. Coe State Park to address extreme steepness of the current trail. Work will remove brush; excavate the ground surface up to 8" deep; construct armored drainage crossings and construct new 4 mile long 6' bench cut trail. Decompact old trail surface and spread top soil from new trail containing seeds and nutrients to remove the existing trail and place nearby vegetative debris over the alignment to reduce erosion and return the area to a natural condition.
