Document Description
The streambed was altered by adding fill to 60 linear feet of Black Canyon Creek drainage to prevent further erosion and to accommodate duel modification. Vegetation was cleared from an estimated 900 square feet from the western bank and above for fire clearance. The drainage is small ephemeral creek that borders Black Canyon Road. This work was conducted prior to obtaining a Streambed Alteration Agreement. At this time, no additional fill will be added to the creek or to an area where it can enter the creek. Native vegetation will re-grow on the banks and fill areas except where fire clearance is required. Poison oak will be controlled in the areas where vegetation will re-grow.
