Document Description
The Citywide Sanitary Sewer Improvement Program/Projects, Group 3 - Orangewood Avenue, Harbor Boulevard, Mountain View Avenue, Spinnaker Street, Simmons Avenue and Lewis Street will replace deficient pipes at locations identified in the Combined Central Anaheim Area Master Plan of Sanitary Sewers (CCAAMPSS) 2006. This project will replace approximately 4,300 lineal feet of 8" to 21" sewers. The limits of this project are broken up into two locations: (1) Model 13: Harbor Boulevard, Orangewood Avenue and Haster Street; and (2) Model 51: Mountain View Avenue, Orangewood Avenue, Spinnaker Street, Simmons Avenue and Lewis Street. In addition to pipework, an existing 8" connection to the 39" OCSD Placentia-Newhope Trunk Sewer at Simmons Avenue and Lewis Street will be upsized to 24".
