Document Description
The project will fund a feasibility study and performance tests to establish the readiness of a vertically-integrated electric truck manufacturing facility in Southern California. The performance tests will be conducted by subcontractors EPC and Evaira at their existing facilities. The project benefits the public by demonstrating the cost-effectiveness and feasibility of alternative and renewable vehicle technology, thereby reducing reliance on petroleum fuels, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and increasing jobs in the Los Angeles area.
