- This site was operated as an unpermitted boat salvage yard adjacent to the Noyo River in Noyo Harbor. A significant number of boats and boat related materials were accumulated on the site and the owners have received several Notices of Violation for the operation. Storm Water runoff coming in contact with the boat demolition debris on the site has now become a potential threat to the water quality of the Noyo River. The proposed project will perform maintenance on a surface drainage channel on the site and will install erosion protection measures to limit runoff impacts to the Noyo River.
