The Tentative Parcel Map would allow the parceling of an approximately 1.05 acre lot into one parcel of 8,024 sq. ft., a second parcel of 16.258 sq. ft., and a third parcel of 21,412 sq. ft. The proposed parcels are consistent with the General Plan and Zoning classification. Minor Land Divisions is applicable and appropriate as the proposal creates less than four parcels, is in conformance with the General Plan and Zoning requirements, and does not require a variance or exception.
