Authorize a sublease from S.F.P.P., L.P. (Lessee) to Williams Communictaions, Inc. (Sublesse) for the continued use and maintenance of the lease premises in accordance with the terms and conditions of Lease No. PRC 8150.2, effective April 20, 2010.
