Document Description
Authorize the amendment of Lease No. PRC 7677.9 for maintenance dredging, to add SF-10 (San Pablo Bay), SF-DODS (Deep Ocean Disposal Site), Hamilton Wetlands Restoration Project, Montezuma Wetlands Project, Ox Mountain landfill, and all other Army Corps of Engineers' approved sites as disposal sites for dredged material. Such permitted activity is contingent upon Lessee's compliance with applicable permits, recommendations, or limitations issued by federal, state, and local governments. All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain in effect without amendment.
