Document Description
Authorize issuance of a dredging lease to Marina Vista Improvement Club, beginning October 29, 2010, for a term of ten years, to dredge a maximum of 5,000 cubic yards of material during the lease term within San Rafael Creek Canal at the entrance to Marina Vista Canal. Dredged material will be disposed of at the United States Army Corps of Engineers' approved sites. Such permitted activity is contingent upon applicant's compliance with applicable permits, recommendations, or limitations issued by federal, state, and local governments.
