Document Description
The proposed project funds the upgrade of two existing diesel faculties for full biodiesel storage and blending capacity. The existing facilities sell petroleum diesel wholesale to trucks. The proposed project will add biodiesel blends to each facility. This will allow trucks to obtain both petroleum diesel and biodiesel at a single site, thereby reducing truck traffic and vehicle-miles traveled while supporting the use of alternative fuels.
