The project includes demolishing both existing buildings, refurbishing two existing driveways to Watt Avenue, and updating the existing monument sign adjacent to Watt Avenue. Access points to the Project site will include the two driveways on Watt Avenue, an driveway on Orange Grove Avenue to the south, and a driveway on Winona Way to the north (via existing ingress and egress easements established under a shared-access agreement across neighboring properties).
