Document Description
within the boundaries of Davis Street Transfer Station, the proposed project is for the construction and operation of an Organics Material Recycling Facility (self-automated facility to recover organic material from the waste stream), Organics Material Composting Facility (includes an enclosed anaerobic digester and composting operation), and Employee Building. Increase the total permitted acreage from 53 acres to 53.8 acres; and increase the permitted hours for non-Waste Management (WM) commercial vehicles /transfer trucks from Monday-Sunday 5:00AM - 5:00 PM to Monday-Sunday, 24 hours - the same hours as WM commercial vehicles/transfer trucks.
