Document Description
On July 22, 2015, the City of San Leandro Zoning Enforcement Official approved a Site Plan Review Amendment (PLN2010-00026) to allow for the temporary processing of Multi-family Mixed Waste Materials (MMW) at the Dry Waste Materials Recovery Facility located at the Davis Street Transfer Station until such time as the Integrated Waste Processing Facility is fully operational. Pursuant to CEQA, the City prepared an Addendum to a 1998 IS/MND and 2011 IS/ND; these prior documents analyzed the proposed Master Plan for 1997-2001 for the Davis Street Transfer Station and Davis Street Transfer Station Master Plan Improvements, including the proposed MMW processing.
