Proposal to consolidate the San Lorenzo Valley Water District operations onto a common campus by combining parcel 081-204-01, 03, 04, 06 & 07, remodeling the existing office building (District Office Building), constructing a 2,620 square foot addition to the existing office building (Board of Directors Annex), constructing an 8,000 square foot Operations Building, demolishing two existing storage buildings (1900 and 1500 square feet), expanding two existing parking areas by approximately 5,500 square feet and adding approximately 1,870 square foot new parking area at the existing entry driveway, relocating on-site wetlands, and creating two enhanced wastewater dispersal mounds. The project requires 700 cubic yards of cut and 2,500 cubic yards of fill. Requires a Commercial Development Permit, a Riparian Exception, Soils Report Review, Preliminary Grading Review, and Archeological Report Review.
