The proposed project involves the renovation and expansion of an existing building, formerly used as a recreational facility, for a new Salvation Army Corps Community Center. The proposed project requires approval of a Zone Change (APN's 0173-131-150 and 0173-131-140), Lot Line Adjustment (APN's 0173-131-150 and 0173-131-140) and Architectural/Site Plan Review (APN 0173-131-150). The project proposes a change in zone from Single Family Zone District Residential to Park Zone District. The zone change also includes property on which the Library and the Suisan City Fire Station are located, with the application proposing a change from the Single Family Zone to the Park Zone District. The general Plan Land Use Map designation is Park.
