Document Description
The proposed Project includes the repair of a rock and mudslide in two areas of a cut slope along southbound SR 101 near Cotati. The proposed Project will armor the problem areas with large rock material. Prior to installing the rock slope protection, the slopes will be stabilized by excavating a combines 1,780 cubic yards of material from both areas. Following excavation, both areas will be lined with rock slope protection fabric and then filled with rock slope protection. The proposed Project will also include the repair of an existing storm water runoff ditch, or v-ditch. The existing v-ditch was damaged during the last slip event and will be restored to improve the redirection of storm water away from the unstable slope.
